Bobby & Robbye Edwards
Founder & President
Bobby is an entrepreneur and hands-on solution implementer at heart. He has more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry in plant operations, instrumentation, measurement, communications, automation, SCADA implementation and tower installation. Bobby believes in working side-by-side with his technicians, which allows him to help build strong relationships with his teams.
Bobby's strategic vision comes to life because he knows operations and is familiar with field-level challenges and obstacles. This strategic vision allows CRR TotalSCADA to solve problems and deliver solutions in many areas and on may levels.
Jack Berridge
VP of Engineering & Technology
Jack is responsible for ensuring CRR's communication, networking and security products and services are aligned to provide comprehensive solutions that meet our customer's needs and requirements.
He has been working in the communications industry since 1986. Prior to joining CRR in 2013, Jack held executive and senior operations and engineering positions with CompuServe Network Services, Rhythms NetConnections, Relera, Cerento and FreeWave Technologies. With his 30+ years of communication and networking experience, Jack's knowledge in the industry is both deep and wide—he has "seen a thing or two".
Jack has been instrumental in helping numerous customers over the years with troubleshooting of extremely complex communication issues that have been encountered in both wired and wireless networks.
Chris Taylor
System Integration Engineer
Chris earned his B.S. in Computer Science in 2006 and a Master’s degree in Information Systems in 2008. He began working for CRR in 2012 as a field technician, specializing in automation systems. He has expanded his role through the years by gaining knowledge of radio, measurement, solar, and SCADA systems, fitting into his desire to understand how everything works together to form the “Big Picture”.
At the end of 2019 Chris transitioned into a new position, responsible for implementing and overseeing CRR's inventory management system to create field tickets, track employee time, and invoice customers. He also handles project management, customer quotes, technical assistance for field technicians and customers, and scheduling for tower installations.
Chris likes to say, “If I don’t know it, I will figure it out.”
Charmane Miller
Office Manager
Charmane started with CRR in 2009 as an assistant out of the Edwards home. She has seen CRR grow over the years from paper invoicing to online invoicing portals, and working with major oil and gas companies. Her moto is, "Slow is smooth and smooth is fast!"
Charmane recognizes the high standard that is set for CRR employees and strives to be the best in customer service. She goes above and beyond in her interactions with our field technicians, office staff, our loyal customers and anyone who pops into the office asking for directions.
She has been married for 37 years, and has three children and six grandchildren.
